Daniel Richardson Construction Limited is a family run business that prides itself on its friendly, professional, no nonsense approach to building. We are based in the North West area and can travel to most areas within the M25. We also work to a 25 mile radius of London.

We have amounted a strong portfolio of work that ranges from large new build projects to small jobs, such as driveways and patios. All types of brickwork can be undertaken, from repair work and renovation to garden walls, extensions, new homes, ponds, driveways, arches, round windows and all other features commonly used in brick or block work.

All of our team are highly skilled in their own areas of expertise. Our team are first aid trained and are CSCS certified contractors. We demand only the highest quality of workmanship throughout, and work hard to provide our customers with complete satisfaction. We are happy to say our 100% client satisfaction rate will give any future client the confidence to use our business.

In 2013, wanting to convert the loft space in our fairly unusual house, we chose Daniel as our builder; based on a recommendation of one of our neighbours. During the early planning and design stages Daniel was of great help in suggesting creative ways to achieve our goals. All through the build we remained really pleased and confident in the work of Daniel and his team. They were always polite, courteous and friendly with both us and our neighbours.

Daniel is a finisher, with great attention to detail who takes real pride in his work. Inevitably issues will arise during building work, but when these did Daniel would always discuss these with us and have one or more well thought-out options for consideration.

With Daniel’s help, we now have a really practical and well finished loft conversion, and even two years on, now in 2015, we remain so pleased with it and our choice of Daniel for this work.
