This project is location in the area of Rickmansworth.

The clients had a firm idea of how they wanted the extension to work for them. The client was a draftsman who provided his own detailed drawings.

The extension was completed in two parts, being started later than planned due to the client’s wishes and with Christmas looming, we managed to provide the rear extension fit for use before the festivities began. Continuing in the New Year with the side garage kitchen and utility area, we were able to complete the project with minimum disturbance to the home owners.

Before the work started

The rear extension is well underway and the windows have been fitted. A secure temporary door is fitted here, while work continues. Only until the last minute would we fit the rear doors. Reducing the possibility of damage.

It is always nice seeing doors and windows going in.

Rear of the property

The side extension brick work is completed and the truss roof is being assembled.

First glace after the windows were completed. Once the landscaping is complete this will be a lovely looking property.

Here the rear extension is underway and using the side access to get the materials as close as possible.

A porch has been built at the front of the property.

The inside 2nd fix carpentry is ongoing and soon the kitchen company arrives.
